Navigation Menus
Objective: Gain an understanding of the Navigation Sidebar and Navigation Dropdown menus.
The Navigation Menus are important since they contain links to other sections of the system and allow the user to quickly visit any section within the system.
On the left of the window is the Navigation Sidebar and at the top of the window is the Navigation Dropdown.

Navigation Sidebar
The Navigation Sidebar allows the user to navigate between different system modules.
The options available will vary based on the roles and permissions allocated to the user account.
Below are the modules that are displayed:

Navigation Dropdown
The Navigation Dropdown provides different options based on the module the user has selected in the Navigation Sidebar.
Some examples of options available in the Navigation Dropdown are shown below (after selecting a module in the Navigation Sidebar):

Additional Navigation Menus
The user will see additional menus (right underneath the Navigation Dropdown) when editing records or when a selection is made in the Navigation Dropdown. Some examples are shown below:
Asset Record Menus
After selecting an Asset related record, additional management menus such as Attributes, Dimensions, Assessments, Maintenance, Treatments, Valuations, Accounting etc. are available.
Operational Maintenance Menus
After selecting a Work Order / Work Request or selecting the Operational sub-module, additional menus for carrying out operational maintenance activities such as Request, Plan, Schedule, Assign, Execute, Complete, Assess are available.
